Online Tee-Times & 'No-Shows'

ALL NEW ONLINE TEE-TIME SYSTEM FOR 2026

Sagamore has launched an all-new online tee-time & POS platform in 2026 at all of our locations — In addition to easy online tee-time booking, customers will now be able to track their Rewards Club points, 10-Pak plays, Shot-Maker Accounts, and a lot more!

IMPORTANT! ALL GOLFERS will need to follow these simple steps below in order to book online tee times at either Sagamore course:
Step 1: Click on your preferred course’s link below
Step 2: At the bottom of the login page click on ‘Don’t have an account? ‘SIGN-UP’ to create your new booking account (do NOT click on the SIGN-IN button!)
Step 3: For your new account, be sure to input the exact same name, email, and phone # that your old Sagamore online booking account utilized (this will ensure that all of your Sagamore records/data will be automatically transferred over to the new platform)
Step 4: Once you’ve gone through the SIGN-UP process, all future online bookings will be quick and easy!

Why is a credit card required to create your Online Tee-Time account? A valid credit card is required only to cover No-Show Fees, should you incur them. We do NOT charge your online reservations to your credit card, and all greenfees are to be paid at the golf course upon check-in. These important agronomic practices help keep the course in excellent playing condition throughout the season by improving turf health, reducing soil compaction, enhancing drainage, and promoting smoother, healthier greens.

While these procedures may temporarily affect playing conditions, discounted rates will be offered on both days.

Course Aeration Notice – June 9th, 10th, and 11th (raindate)

To ensure optimal playing conditions throughout the season, Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club will be aerating and top dressing greens on June 9th and 10th, with June 11th reserved as a rain date.

These important maintenance practices improve turf health, drainage, and overall course quality. While golfers may notice temporary effects on the greens, this work is essential to providing the best possible playing experience throughout the summer.

Reduced rates will be available during this maintenance period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to invest in the long-term health and playability of the course.

Our No-Show & Cancellation Policy

Daily Fee Golf Courses rely on tee-times, and when golfers fail to honor their tee-times without providing proper cancellation notice, that that unused tee-time becomes lost income that we have no way of recuperating — All we ask is that you please provide us with at least 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your tee-time… If you follow this simple protocol, you’ll never have to worry about any No-Show Fees!

A valid credit card is required in order to create an Online Booking Account
Please understand that we do NOT process greenfee payments in advance
The only time your credit card would be charged is if you were to incur a ‘No-Show Fee’
No-Show Fees: Weekdays – $15 per individual No-Show / Weekends & Holidays – $20 per individual ‘No-Show’
Example: If you book a Saturday tee-time for four players, but only two players show up to play, your card will be charged $40 for the two ‘No-Shows’ ($20 x 2)
To avoid any ‘No-Show Fees’, you must cancel or adjust your reservation no later than 24-hours before your tee-time
How to cancel/adjust your tee-time? You can cancel/adjust your tee-time(s) using your online booking account OR by calling us between the hours of 8 AM – 6 PM OR by notifying us in person (again, no later than 24-hours before your tee-time)
Inclement Weather: If the weather is obviously poor (steady rain or snow), then No-Show Fees will be waived, however, we would still appreciate a timely phone call if you decide not to play

It’s important to understand that Public & Daily Fee Golf Courses rely upon tee-times and golfers honoring the tee-times they’ve booked. When golfers/groups don’t show-up for their tee-times (and fail to provide proper cancellation notice) their vacant tee-times become lost revenue that we have no way of recuperating — All we ask is that you please provide us with at least 24-hours notice for any tee-time cancellations or changes — If everyone follows this super-simple protocol, you’ll never have to worry about incurring any No-Show Fees!
