The Social Seniors (ages 55+)
Our Wednesday Senior Golf League
This League is already filled for 2025!!!
The Social Seniors is open to both men & women golfers ages 55 and older and it’s meant to be a fun, social league! While we want to accommodate as many league players as we can, our Club Leagues are not intended for folks who are brand new to the game, and we advise beginners to become a bit more acquainted with the game before joining a Sagamore Club League to help ensure that everyone will enjoy the experience!
- The SS’s play 9-holes every Wednesday morning (tee times begin at 8:30 AM)
- Open to both men & women who have adequate golfing experience (sorry, this is not a beginner’s league)
- The league season runs from the first Wednesday in May thru the last Wednesday in August
- Normal weekday greenfees are to be paid each week
- Annual league dues are $120 per player (Annual Dues cover the Season Finale’ 18-holes, catered meal and league prizes)

The Vagabonds
Our Friday Afternoon Golf League
Our infamous Friday afternoon golf league is open to both men and women of any age group (please note that The Vagabonds is NOT intended for beginner golfers or those who are new to the game). This is a fun, moderately-competitive league that features a fairly wide-range of Handicaps, and it’s the perfect way to end the work week and kick-off the weekend!
- This club league requires participants to be GHIN Handicap Members at Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club (Sagamore GHIN registration is paid for separately)
- The Vagabonds play 9-holes every Friday afternoon (tee times range from 4 – 5 PM)
- Season runs from May thru August
- Weekly head-to-head NET match play format
- Open to both men and women who have sound golf experience and who are familiar with the rules of the game, golf etiquette, and match play format (sorry, not intended for beginner golfers)
- Normal weekday 9-hole greenfees are to be paid each week
- Annual league dues are $125 per player (Annual Dues cover the Season Finale’ 18-holes, catered meal and league prizes)

Course Aeration Notice
To ensure optimal playing conditions throughout the season, Sagamore-Hampton Golf Club will be aerating and top dressing greens on June 9th and 10th, with June 11th reserved as a rain date.
These important maintenance practices improve turf health, drainage, and overall course quality. While golfers may notice temporary effects on the greens, this work is essential to providing the best possible playing experience throughout the summer.
Reduced rates will be available during this maintenance period. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to invest in the long-term health and playability of the course.
